WORDS OF WISDOM

Associate to VPs: Banks want deal reps. Junior bankers are having a hard time communicating to interviewers their role on deals. For deals listed as “Select Transactions” on a CV, it is imperative to know the models you used and the deal nuances inside and out. Junior bankers need to show superb technical skills so brush up in this market. If you think you know it all, then you know nothing.
