Market Pick Up

The lateral investment banking recruitment market is picking up. Over the last week, we have had a 200% increase in inbound and unsolicited messages from Investment Banks looking to hire Associates and VPs. Many are from clients who have been on the sidelines for the last couple of years. The Managing Director hiring market has been steady, but the pick up we are now seeing is at the junior level as banks are looking for additional execution support. We will see if this continues, but for now, all signs point towards a robust back half of 2025 and 2026.

Interfaith Ministry

In June, I completed my Interfaith Ministry program with All Faith Seminary International. Interfaith ministry involves training individuals to serve as ministers across different faith traditions. The program equips students with knowledge of various religions, along with skills in counseling, ritual, and ceremony, to support individuals and communities with diverse spiritual needs. I volunteer as a hospice worker and have an active music therapy practice. I combine career counseling with a focus on what is most important (for free).
Through this training, students gain the tools to support understanding, peace, and cooperation
among different faith and cultural groups, addressing universally human spiritual needs inclusively and compassionately.
